While in Björkliden we recorded a new episode for the podcast on Mountainbikeradio.com with guests Kevin Hodgson from the UK and Fredrik Broman, Aurorasafaricamp/Humanspectra.com Quite messy and chaotic but we had great fun recording it. Check it HERE! http://instagram.com/p/sDe_v9wIIh/?modal=true
We had quite proper weather the last few days, a bit cloudy. But to wake up on our last day in Björkliden and get kissed by the sun form a clear sky i just amazing. The riding to day was all about filming. We headed out to the single tracks behind the hotel. The trails… Continue reading Big mountain weekend – Day four (last one)
There is not much riding being done right now. I´m managing the shop by my self for a couple of weeks as my brother is on vacation. Over the last few days temperature has been rising to over 30 degrees Celsius and business is slow. I thing i have watched every single mountain bike edit… Continue reading Boys of summer
We sure got our fair share of winter and short days up here around the arctic circle. But when summer finally comes it brings the light of the midnight sun. It just doesn´t get dark for a couple of weeks. Right now the sun is at its peak. This far the summer´s had a slow… Continue reading Night riders
The plan for the weekend was to take a longer ride to one of the islands in the archipelago. Jopik Gården at Hindersön got a great café with awesome waffles. But mother nature had other plans for us. Temperature dropped to around -30°C today and going out on a 40 km ride on the ice… Continue reading Stay frosty
I had the fat bike for a week now. I just gotta say. It´s the most fun bike i ever owned. It sure is a eye catcher. If you want to be discrete fat bikes are not for you. 😉 Almost every one asks: What do you use it for? Isn´t it heavy to ride… Continue reading Fat Bike Fun!
It´s finally ready. I´ve been working on the fat bike since January. The plan was to have it ready for winter but the urge to ride it at our sandy trails was to big. I must say i was pretty curios how it would handle with those big floating tires. Would it be heavy and… Continue reading Hail to the White Queen!

After watching the video I realised how inspiring it was. Ok British Columbia is pretty big and synonymous with mountain biking, but still these guys had to ride from location to location carrying their kit with them. Great video and some stunning locations, if only we all had the time and the locations on our doorsteps for a road trip like this one.
Need to plan something like this some day…
Now the lazy bit, read the bit below and then grab a drink and settle back and watch the video.
Each town in British Columbia seems to offer better singletrack than the last one visited. To prove what’s out there Dave Roth and Seb…

Summer vacation is over. The kids are back at day care and pre school. The daily routines are kicking in. But there is still a few weeks of summer left. Finally the dark nights is coming. Sounds stupid but it feels exotic when you´re used to the bright summer nights. I have been quite lazy… Continue reading Back on track.
I´ve been running this blog for a couple of months now. I must say i´m amazed with the response. I´m a frequent user of social media and the internet but the blog community is new to me. Since i choose to write this blog in english to reach out to the bike lovers all around… Continue reading Circle of bike.
